1. KW Chauffeur Services requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for any online bookings. If you would like to book with less than 48    hours notice, please call 07740 290252.

2. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the agreed contract value, should there be a cancellation within 24 hours.

3. The Company reserves the right to charge 50% extra for services on normal bank holidays. For Christmas & New Year prices are    available upon application.

4. Airport arrivals: after the flight has landed the first 30 minutes waiting is included within the quoted price. After this the charge is    £25.00 per hour.

5. KW Chauffeur Services expressly prohibits any persons other than their own drivers from driving their cars.

6. The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with the road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.

7. Clients are responsible for any damage they may cause to the interior and or exterior of a car provided by KW Chauffeur Services    and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in  order to reinstate the vehicle to it’s prior condition.

8. Smoking in cars provided by KW Chauffeur Services is prohibited.

9. KW Chauffeur Services does not accept responsibility for any delays caused by circumstances outside its control.

10.  KW Chauffeur Services accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or property whilst in the car.

11.  The driver will, unless specifically otherwise instructed, travel by the route which is, in his opinion, the best and most convenient for    motoring, whether the route is shortest or not, and no allowance  will be made to the hirer on the grounds that the route adopted is not   actually the shortest.

12.  KW Chauffeur Services may at it’s discretion provide subcontracted vehicles.
